Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to our clients in the field of civil litigation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and organize evidence and supporting information from various sources, including records, discovery documents, and databases.
  • Manage files and documents from inception to trial/arbitration, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with support services, clients, opposing law firms, and courts to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Correspond with clients and opposing law firms to facilitate effective communication and resolution.
  • Assist with trial preparation, including communicating with experts and analyzing their qualifications and experience.
Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in defense civil litigation.
  • A college degree from an accredited university and/or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat is required.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Experience with high-volume document production, including organization, indexing, and labeling.
