**Job Summary**

LC Industries is seeking a skilled Mattress Assembler to join our manufacturing team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and renovating mattresses to meet our high-quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Assemble mattresses by placing innerspring coil units on worktables and attaching padding materials using hograins.
• Renovate mattresses by removing old cover material and operating the filling machine to recover renovated mattresses.
• Assemble neoprene mattresses by taping the width and length of both sides with duck tape and operating the filling machine to place cover material.

**Requirements:**

• Previous production experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 75 pounds, and bend to retrieve raw materials.
• Basic reading and math skills.

**Work Environment:**

Our manufacturing facility is a fast-paced environment with moderate noise levels. You will be working in a team-oriented setting with regular supervision from our Mattress Department Manager.
