Job Description

Mike Shelton - State Farm Agent seeks a driven professional to join their team as an Insurance and Financial Services Professional. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and advancement in the insurance industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and education on insurance options;
  • Working with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals;
  • Developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.

  • Enthusiasm for the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risk and achieve their goals;
  • Self-motivation and a detail-oriented approach;
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers;
  • Experience in marketing and/or sales;
  • A Property and Casualty license (obtainable upon hire);
  • A Life and Health license (obtainable upon hire).
