Restaurant Expeditor

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Expeditor - Service Specialist to join our team at Chili's Grill & Bar. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest receives perfectly prepared, high-quality food in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. As a member of our team, you will be expected to provide dependable, fast service that exceeds our guests' expectations.

• Food Preparation: Prepare food to company standards and specifications
• Service Speed: Keep food orders flowing from the kitchen
• Pace Control: Control the pace of the food orders
• Safety and Sanitation: Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Communication: Communicate effectively with Team Members across the restaurant

We are looking for a team player who can work well under pressure. The ideal candidate will have great multitasking skills, be high-energy, and encouraging. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.

Estimated Salary Range: $12-$15 per hour based on location and experience.
