Job Summary

About the Role
  • This position requires a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, with a strong focus on working effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work closely with caregivers, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in conducting assessments and evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapy services under supervision.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and session notes, ensuring seamless communication with the interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field.
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant.
  • Prior experience in a clinical or educational setting is preferred, but not required.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
