About the Job:

The Referral Specialist Coordinator is responsible for processing referrals submitted by healthcare providers, completing the referral life cycle, and maintaining accurate documentation. This includes tracking referrals, communicating with clinicians, and adhering to insurance requirements.

Benefits:

  • We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including 100% medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 403(b) retirement plan with up to 4% match.
