Position Summary:

As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for maintaining the financial integrity of our organization. Your role will involve executing financial transactions and ensuring accurate postings in the general ledger while demonstrating meticulous attention to detail. Additional administrative tasks may include organizing and maintaining financial documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support various accounting functions.
  • Conduct account analysis and reconciliation.
  • Assist in the monthly financial closing activities.
  • Generate reports and engage in special projects as needed.
Qualifications

Essential Skills:
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in the construction or paving industry is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Viewpoint Vista software is a plus.
