About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Building Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our facilities operations, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining building system operations.

This role is part of our Engineering and Technical Services function, providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems to ensure they meet applicable standards.

  • Comply with all relevant codes, regulations, governmental agency directives, and company guidelines related to building operations and work safety.

  • Develop and implement an energy management program to optimize system efficiency.

  • Assist in implementing a preventive maintenance program to extend the life of building machinery and systems.

  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to departmental policies for hazardous materials storage, usage, and disposal.

  • Conduct regular inspections of building systems to ensure they operate within design capabilities and maintain environmental conditions prescribed by clients.
