Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team. As a DSP, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism and other complex needs in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with autism and other disabilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as hygiene, meal preparation, and exercise
  • Support individuals in achieving their developmental goals, including budgeting, dental hygiene, and nutrition
  • Develop meaningful relationships with individuals and their families
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination (preferred)
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance (for some positions)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
