Job Description

YogaSix is a boutique yoga company that offers six different class types designed to accommodate students of all levels. We are seeking a Wellness Advisor to join our team in Elk Grove, California.

The Wellness Advisor will be responsible for providing superior customer service, assisting new and current students with their membership needs, and executing the full sales process. The ideal candidate will have strong sales and customer service skills, be able to set and meet sales goals, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The Wellness Advisor will also be responsible for participating in grassroots/community events, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and developing selling skills. Daily and/or occasional travel may be required.

YogaSix offers a competitive hourly wage, commission paid on sales, and opportunities for growth within the studio. If you have a passion for customer service and want to be part of our tight-knit YogaSix community, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements

  • Strong sales and customer service skills
  • Ability to set and meet sales goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
  • Basic knowledge of products, programming, and pricing
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to sit or stand for up to four hours at a time and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to bend, lift, kneel, reach with hands and arms
  • Ability to climb up and down flights of stairs
  • Ability to communicate clearly in person and over the phone
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills
