Role Summary:

We are currently seeking a Senior Information Access Support Manager to deliver administrative assistance to our U.S. Government client. This role is crucial in ensuring the effective management of various Information Access Programs.

Key Qualifications:

  • Must possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
  • Demonstrated experience in Information Access support is essential.
  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant federal experience is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse range of DAF-level Information Access Programs, including but not limited to Records Management, Privacy, Information Collections, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), Federal Register, Section 508 compliance, Information Quality, and Civil Liberties initiatives.
  • Assist in the formulation of policies, governance frameworks, processes, training modules, and oversight mechanisms for DAF Information Access Program obligations.
  • Ensure the successful execution of DAF Information Access Programs while maintaining compliance with federal regulations, Office of Management and Budget (OMB) guidelines, and DoD and DAF directives.
  • Prepare, maintain, and submit a Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF) report on a quarterly basis, ensuring all contractor personnel have documented current Cybersecurity certification status.
  • Provide expert guidance and adaptability to ensure adherence to requirements outlined in HAFMD1-26 and AFPD 33-3.
  • Deliver critical services to meet all stipulations as defined in HAFMD 1-26 and AFPD 33-3.

Work Schedule:

  • Standard office hours are from 0800 to 1700, Monday through Friday.
  • Work will primarily be conducted at designated locations.
  • Occasional telework may be authorized in advance, subject to client approval.
