The Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce architect to lead full-lifecycle projects, partnering closely with business stakeholders and developers to ensure system integrity and scalability. Your expertise in enterprise data and systems, combined with robust business acumen, will drive significant business value through existing and new projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform system administration and declarative automation.
  • Review impact of Salesforce seasonal releases.
  • Design innovative Salesforce solutions that integrate seamlessly with other systems and meet technical and business needs.
  • Lead and provide expertise on Salesforce projects, ensuring architecture is scalable and future-proof.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time.
  • Offer strategic guidance and technical leadership throughout the lifecycle of the project.
  • Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and trends to enhance service offerings and practice development.
  • Mentor and provide architectural expertise to other team members.
  • Work with product to help define and refine requirements.

What You'll Bring

  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
    • Salesforce Architect certification highly preferred.
    • Salesforce Admin certification (Advanced Admin preferred).
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Salesforce architect role, with expertise across various Salesforce Clouds and platforms.
    • Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce including workflows, validation rules, security controls, process builders, flows, approval processes, sharing settings, and other declarative controls and automation.
    • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
    • Strong communication.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $150,000, based on specific role, geographic location, and skills and experience. Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.

Location

This position is based in our office location, with flexibility for remote work arrangements.
