Job Summary

TK Health is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in a correctional setting.

As a Correctional LPN, you will be responsible for rendering nursing care in assigned areas, according to individual client needs, and under the direction of a registered nurse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to inmates in a correctional facility
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Participate in health education and promotion activities

Requirements:

  • Valid, unrestricted LPN license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to pass a background check
