Occupational Therapist

Broad River Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in a skilled nursing facility setting. As a key member of our therapy team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in need of rehabilitation and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their occupational therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' goals and objectives
• Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions to patients, including exercises, activities, and education
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
• Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:

• NC Occupational Therapy license required
• Occupational Therapist degree required
