Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promoting and maintaining positive customer relations, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Sales and Promotion: Promote and sell our products to customers, including answering questions and providing product information, making recommendations, and handling sales transactions.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about our products, including their features, benefits, and uses.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2 years of direct customer service experience required, with a strong background in sales and customer service.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Knowledge: Basic knowledge of cannabis products and their uses, with a willingness to learn and develop product knowledge.
Working Conditions

This is a part-time position, working 28 hours per week, including weekends. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
