Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Skilled Long Term Care or Transitional Care.
- Availability to work every other weekend.
Guaranteed Hours:
40 hours per week as per contract.
Staffing Ratios:
1 nurse to 15-25 residents, ensuring quality and personalized care for each individual.
