Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate NICU Nurse to work on a per diem basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in Level III NICU and be able to care for babies on CPAP. Ventilation and cooling experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient care to neonates in the NICU
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient progress
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest NICU practices
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in Oregon
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Level III NICU
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, nights
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
