Job Summary:
Banner Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at our Banner Medical Group Clinic in Page, AZ. As a RN Clinic, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and educating patients and families.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Current, valid RN license in the state of practice.
- Minimum one year of experience in an acute care setting, preferably in a clinic or outpatient setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs).
