As a Crew Leader at AMC Theatres, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our movie theaters. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in achieving AMC's guest, associate, and financial goals while developing leadership skills in preparation for a supervisor role.

• Lead by Example: Demonstrate exceptional guest service skills and set the standard for our crew members.
• Operational Support: Assist in maintaining a clean and organized theater environment, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
• Leadership Development: Develop and implement strategies to improve crew performance, productivity, and morale.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with crew members, supervisors, and guests to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, including stockroom organization and inventory processes.
• Guest Services: Provide exceptional guest services, including resolving guest questions, concerns, and issues.

• Age: 16 or older (other location-specific age requirements may apply)
• Physical Demands: Standing, walking, lifting, twisting, and bending on a frequent basis; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry it up to 90 feet
