Job Overview

**Responsibilities:**
- Assess the basic nursing care needs of residents and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident assessments and care plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in continuing education and stay current with best practices in long-term care

**Requirements:**
- Current LPN license in the state of practice
- CPR and AED certification required
- IV certification preferred
- Long-term care experience a plus
