Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities
  • Monitor residents' physical and mental conditions, tracking vital signs
  • Perform resident intakes, documenting medical histories and health concerns
  • Help with medication administration and verification, tracking use and effects
  • Cultivate a comfortable and safe facility environment for residents
  • Track residents' medical records and charts
  • Assist with IV setup, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
  • Maintain medical supplies and inventory
  • Adhere to resident care plans and follow established protocols
  • Collaborate with staff in the orientation and training of new colleagues

Requirements:

  • High school graduation, GED, or equivalent
