Master Craftsman

We are seeking a highly skilled Tool Maker to join our team at The Toro Company. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining a wide range of tools and equipment.

• Design and build custom tools, molds, and fixtures to meet the needs of our manufacturing processes.
• Operate and maintain a variety of machine shop equipment, including lathes, mills, and grinders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Train and mentor junior team members to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development.

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment.
• Strong understanding of tooling design, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
