We are seeking a highly skilled and independent optometrist to lease space inside our Walmart stores.

  1. Deliver comprehensive eye and vision care services to patients in a fast-paced retail environment.
  2. Develop a thriving and profitable optometry practice within the Walmart store.
  3. Prioritize exceptional customer service and build strong patient relationships.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • A Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • A valid state optometry license.
  • An Ophthalmologist (MD or DO) degree from an accredited school.
  • A valid state ophthalmology license.
  • A General Liability Certificate.
  • A Professional Liability Insurance Certificate.
  • A valid W-9 form.
Compensation Package

$150,000 - $250,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
