Resort Cashier

Estimated Salary: $38,000 - $52,000 per year

We are seeking a Resort Cashier to join our team at Full House Resorts. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

• Assist customers with their requests and provide a positive experience.
• Process and maintain accurate transactions and reconciliations.
• Understand and communicate the Sportsbook House Rules to patrons.
• Review and file CTR and SARC under Title 31.
• Control and balance cash drawer.
• Provide check cashing, token/coin redemption, cash equivalents, and chip exchange services to casino patrons.
• Redeem and sell tokens, as well as redeem coupons.
• Communicate with pit personnel to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow established house rules, procedures, and internal control policies.
• Handle customer deposit and credit transactions efficiently.
• Operate a Jet-sort token counter.
• Provide excellent service to both internal and external customers, reflecting the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation, and Recognition (S.T.A.R.).
• Report any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity to on-site IGC Agent, Security, and Supervisor.

• 6 months of experience in Cage Cashier, Sports Wagering, or banking is preferred, with strong money handling skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is an asset.
• Basic mathematics skills and computer literacy are essential.
• Ability to effectively interact with people is crucial.
• Indiana Gaming Commission Occupational License - Level 2 is mandatory.
