Job Opportunity

The Terasaki Institute for Biomedical Innovation is seeking a highly skilled and innovative scientist to join our dynamic research community. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a research program focused on developing new biotechnology with applications in human disease.


We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in bioengineering, genomics, systems biology, imaging, synthetic biology, chemical engineering, or related fields. The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D., M.D., or M.D/Ph.D. (or equivalent) degree and a proven track record of conducting research and submitting research grants.


The successful applicant will be expected to conduct research, develop extramurally sponsored research programs, and mentor graduate students and postdocs. Demonstrated commitment to mentoring students from groups that are historically underrepresented in biomedical science is valued.
