Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of our after-school programs, ensuring a fun and safe environment for children.
  • Develop and implement sports programs that align with ANTS Sports' Youth Development Principles.
  • Lead a team of coaches and staff to deliver high-quality sports programs to children aged K-5th.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with program stakeholders, including parents, teachers, and school staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with youth programs, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Associate's Degree or higher in a relevant field, such as education, sports management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, adults, and diverse groups.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and program quality.
  • CPR and First Aid certification, with the ability to obtain TB Test clearance and fingerprint background check clearance.
