We are seeking a highly skilled Design Director to lead our Baby Girls design team. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for developing and executing design strategies that drive business growth and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement design strategies that align with our brand DNA and target market.
- Oversee the design direction and execution of all Baby Girls products, ensuring consistency and quality across all classifications.
- Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with sales and creative teams to ensure that our product assortment reflects our concept direction, sku plan, and styling needs.
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance to identify key styles and categories that drive sales and build on successes.
- 5+ years of experience in design and/or merchandising, specifically in girls' fashion for younger sizes.
- Proven track record of growing businesses, identifying trends, and delivering results.
- Strong merchandising sensibility, coupled with a commercial design eye.
- Ability to manage from idea to execution, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
