Job Title: Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner to join our team at GreenLife Healthcare Staffing.

About the Role:

As a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a hospital setting. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and diagnose patients, developing and implementing treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.
  • Provide direct patient care, including medication management, wound care, and other interventions as needed.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on Nurse Practitioner studies.
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of New York.
  • Experience working in a hospital setting, preferably as a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
