Your Role:

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will collaborate with our therapy teams to provide tailored services to children with autism under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering individualized therapy in a one-on-one setting.
  • Implementing behavioral treatment plans and instructional strategies based on ABA principles.
  • Creating a safe and supportive environment for clients and their families.
  • Assisting clients during challenging behaviors by following the behavior support plan.
  • Maintaining communication with parents/caregivers regarding client progress.
  • Completing session documentation and timesheets as per company guidelines.

Qualifications:

We are seeking compassionate individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • A Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in behavioral health, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field is preferred.
  • Active Registered Behavior Technician Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
  • Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) in a multidisciplinary team is advantageous.
  • Commitment to integrity and adherence to ethical standards.
