Job Summary

The Loss Prevention Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our store's assets. As a key hourly associate, you will be responsible for leading the effort to prevent losses and protect our assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular audits and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce losses and improve asset protection.
  • Train and orient new employees on loss prevention procedures and policies.
  • Collaborate with the Operational team and cross-functional teams to support asset protection efforts.
  • Maintain confidentiality in matters involving security and personnel issues.
Requirements
  • Ability to work weekends and/or overnight shifts as necessary.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and walk up to 5 miles per day.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a site-based position that requires a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring the security and integrity of our store's assets.
