Job Overview- This position plays a critical role in supporting our children and communities through case management and counseling services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Evaluate psycho-social well-being and implement strategies for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with clinical contracts and regulatory requirements.
- Provide case management and counseling services as necessary.
- Serve truant clients and families by offering support and guidance.
- Assist children in completing education through eligibility determination, intake, assessment, evaluation, referral, transportation, and monitoring school attendance.
- Pursue comprehensive documentation related to counseling services.
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree with relevant experience in human services, preferably in counseling or case management.
- 4+ years post Bachelors experience directly in human services, or 0-3 years post master's clinical, counseling or case management experience.
- Ability to travel regionally on a regular basis and statewide as needed.

The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
