Electrical Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Supervisor to oversee the electrical operations of our facilities, ensuring the safe and efficient functioning of all electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Lead and manage a team of electrical professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks.
  • Activity Coordination: Coordinate electrical activities, prioritizing tasks and directing the work of subordinate employees to meet deadlines.
  • Performance Evaluation: Evaluate and verify employee performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve skills and productivity.
  • Staff Development: Identify training needs and provide opportunities for staff development, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Labor Relations: Foster positive labor relations, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment and maintaining open communication with employees.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and compose correspondence related to electrical operations.
  • Cost Estimation: Estimate costs of materials and equipment needed to complete tasks, ensuring budgetary compliance.
  • Equipment Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of electrical equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Requirements
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of electrical control devices, generating equipment, occupational hazards, and safety precautions.
  • Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex electrical issues.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff and stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
