**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Yard Switcher to join our team at Universal Logistics Holdings. As a Yard Switcher, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently switching trailers in our yard, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Switch trailers in a safe and efficient manner, following all company policies and procedures
• Operate a CDL A vehicle to transport trailers within the yard
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition
• Communicate effectively with other drivers and yard personnel to ensure smooth operations
• Meet productivity and safety standards set by the company

**Requirements**

• Yard switching experience required
• CDL A preferred but not required
• No DUI/OWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
• No more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 3 years
