At UPS, we're looking for a Seasonal Preload Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for supervising, training, and developing workgroups to ensure safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
  • Facilitate training with new and current employees.
  • Ensure all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.
  • Manage department resources to ensure maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Establish and promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
  • Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
