Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Home Health

Cross Country Allied is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to work in a home health setting. As a home health occupational therapist, you will help individuals with the skills needed for life's daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review medical histories and develop occupational therapy treatment plans
  • Recommend and provide equipment to patients
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of recent experience as an occupational therapist in a home health setting
  • Degree in relevant field
  • BLS Certification (AHA)
  • Current state license
