Job Description:

This role is responsible for learning the ins and outs of dairy manufacturing, including production leadership, shipping and receiving, quality control, and sanitation. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work well in a team environment, and be passionate about food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with supervising in a food manufacturing facility and learn what it takes to lead a team
  • Work on a project and present findings at the conclusion of the internship
  • Follow, learn, and work with our leadership team to gain hands-on experience in various areas

The coordinator will have opportunities to develop their skills in production leadership, shipping and receiving, quality control, and sanitation. They will learn about company policies and procedures, lab testing procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Dairy Science, or related field
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for food safety and quality
