Key Responsibilities- Coordinate patient care services to ensure timely and effective treatment
- Communicate with healthcare providers, schedulers, and other departments to facilitate smooth transitions
- Assist in tracking incidental radiological and laboratory findings, and ensure patients receive necessary follow-up care
- Collaborate with the clinic team and other departments to ensure overall coordination of services and positive interactions with providers
- Assist with survivorship care planning and educate patients on their plan of care
- Document patient encounters in the electronic medical record and respond to patient phone messages in a timely manner
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing school
- Montana licensure (Registered Nurse)
- American Heart Association BLS certification
- 1 year of direct patient care experience
- Certification in a specialty area
- Experience in a specialty area
- 3 years of direct patient care experience
- Demonstrates sound judgment, patience, and a professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a busy and stressful environment
- Creativity, problem analysis, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work varied shifts
- Exercises tact, discretion, sensitivity, and maintains confidentiality
- Strong emotional intelligence, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
