Job Overview

3rd Shift

Sunday-Thursday

4:30pm-1am

The Clerk is responsible for ensuring accurate accounting of inbound and outbound warehouse goods, including finished goods, raw materials, and deposit items. This position assists in managing the flow of inbound and outbound warehouse goods to maximize efficiency, while maintaining proper resource allocation and dock management.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Process warehouse system activities to manage inventory and track shipments, including STOs, POs, customer orders, and deposit loads.
  • Review and modify warehouse system reports to maintain schedules, dock management, product availability, and yard management.
  • Communicate with warehouse management, other departments, and business partners to optimize efficiency, load accuracy, and resource allocation.
  • Complete and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly logs and reports, and file hard copy documents appropriately.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area and warehouse, and perform tasks such as pallet building as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Knowledge acquired through 1 to 3 years of work experience.
  • Ability to obtain a PIT Certification: Pallet Jack, within the first 30 days of employment.
Work Environment

Noisy and non-temperature-controlled environment.
