About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Educational Speech Therapist to join our team for a 13-week assignment in Reading, PA. As a speech therapist, you will work with students to assess, screen, evaluate, and share results with parents and the school interdisciplinary team.

Job Description:
  • This is a full-time position, working 35 hours per week with a guaranteed 7-hour shift schedule.
  • You will work with students to develop and implement IEPs while reviewing goals and objectives to make recommendations for appropriate care plans.
  • Establish a positive learning environment while providing response to intervention for the needs of each student.

This assignment offers a competitive salary, with the pay package based on a 7-hour shift and 35 hours per week. The estimated salary range for this position is $44-$47.50 per hour, which translates to approximately $9,800-$10,300 per month, before taxes.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in education or equivalent experience with a bachelor's degree
  • Pennsylvania SLP License
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • School Experience is Preferred but not required
  • ASHA Certification
