Job Description

The Homeless Children's Network is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director Lead to oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of non-clinical programs within the organization. This key role focuses on designing and managing programs that address community needs, improve service delivery, and align with the organization's mission.

Salary: $130,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate non-clinical programs to ensure they meet the needs of the target population and align with organizational goals.
  • Lead program teams, manage budgets, and foster partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, identifying program growth and development opportunities, and aligning program goals with the broader organizational strategy.
  • Build strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and funders to support program initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Licensed or Registered as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFTI, LMFT), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience providing direct services to children, youth, and families.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience providing direct services in substance abuse and recovery.
