Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishroom Attendant to join our team at Rigsby's Smoked Burgers and Wings. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dishroom, ensuring that all equipment is in good working order, and providing exceptional support to our culinary team.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all dishes, glasses, and utensils are washed and sanitized to the highest standards.

• Operate the dishwashing machine efficiently and effectively.

• Maintain a clean and organized dishroom, including the storage of cleaning supplies and equipment.

• Assist with cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen area, including the floors, walls, and equipment.

• Support the culinary team with prep duties and bussing as needed.

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of company policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years old and able to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Must be able to attend all regularly scheduled meetings and support the theme of the restaurant.

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for up to 12 hours per day.

Working Conditions:

• The dishroom can be a hot and humid environment, with exposure to temperature changes, fumes, and high temperatures.

• Must be able to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
