We are seeking a skilled Guitar Technician to join our team at Guitar Center, where you will have the opportunity to share your passion for music with customers and help them achieve their musical goals.
As a Guitar Technician at Guitar Center, you will play a vital role in providing maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a wide range of musical instruments, develop your technical skills, and deliver exceptional customer service.
The salary for this position is estimated to be between $16.00/hr - $24.00/hr plus commission depending on background and experience. You will also enjoy unique benefits such as gig leave and opportunities for professional growth.
Job Description- Provide high-quality maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments
- Maintain store owned gear and complete warranty repair work
- Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge and sales techniques
To succeed in this role, you will need a skilled understanding of guitar repair and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. We are looking for someone who is proactive, self-motivated, and able to learn quickly.
