Position Summary:

The Base Manager will be responsible for overseeing Exchange locations, ensuring optimal product placement and inventory management. This position offers flexible hours, making it suitable for various candidates including students and retirees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular visits to designated Exchange locations and perform assigned tasks.
  • Utilize provided tools to ensure proper shelf placement of authorized products.
  • Restock shelves with back inventory as opportunities arise.
  • Manage display setups and promotional activities as required.
  • Perform inventory checks and place orders for items as needed.
  • Engage with store managers to maintain effective communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee shelf management, including facings, resets, and compliance with pricing strategies.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and move various display racks weighing up to 100 lbs.
  • Capable of assembling displays with case weights up to 40 lbs.

The hourly pay for this position is competitive, and candidates must have access to necessary technology including a computer and smartphone for reporting purposes.
