Job Summary:

Stewart's Shops is seeking a skilled Merchandiser to support our retail operations in New York and Vermont. As a Merchandiser, you will travel to our shops to execute merchandising and marketing changes, providing critical support to our district, shop, and facility personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement merchandising and marketing plans for existing, remodeled, and new shops.
  • Work closely with shop personnel to execute planogram resets, set displays, and organize products.
  • Support shop marketing efforts by cleaning and maintaining shop displays.
  • Assist shop partners with implementing good marketing procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
  • Dependable with a team player attitude.
  • Detail oriented and organized with great communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while being safety conscious.
  • Ability to be on your feet and do repetitive lifting for several consecutive hours.
  • Willingness to work in a cold environment in coolers and freezers.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company culture.
