**Responsibilities Include:**
- Managing construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinating with subcontractors, clients, and internal team members
- Reviewing and interpreting repair estimates built in insurance-approved software
- Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget

**Requirements for Success:**
- Proficiency in construction management practices
- Experience with project software such as Contractor Foreman and Albi
- Knowledge of residential construction processes, including single-story homes, two-story homes, and townhomes, as well as some commercial experience
- Ability to read and interpret repair estimates accurately
- Strong budgeting and time management skills
- Familiarity with contract management procedures and pipeline construction processes
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM programs
- Background in the restoration industry is preferred.
