Job Description
As a Quality Engineer at Amsted Automotive Group, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes. This will involve maintaining our Quality Management System, conducting audits, and implementing corrective actions. You will also work closely with Engineering and Operations to ensure successful transfer to Production of new products within approved specifications. In addition, you will gather and analyze statistical data (SPC) and make recommendations for process adjustments/improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have a proven ability to work well in a team environment and excellent work history. You should also have attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft office products, and familiarity with current technology software. Additionally, you should be proactive, positive, and safety/environmentally focused.

What Else You'll Need to Know
This role will be based in a manufacturing facility, and you must be able to regularly stand or work for long periods of time. You may also be required to lift/move up to ten pounds frequently and up to twenty-five pounds occasionally.
