You will provide team guidance for all aspects of team performance, both quality engineering and quality control to support operations outcomes and build schedules. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and a proven track record in quality management & leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and execution of the Quality Integrated Program team
- Provide team guidance for all aspects of team performance
- Manage the priorities, scheduling, training, and development of the Quality IPT
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of quality engineers and quality inspectors
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages continuous learning and improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering/quality development environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Experience in dealing with metallic and/or composite structures design and development program, either in an engineering or quality role
- Experience in a regulated environment such as IS9001:2015
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams in mature quality programs, or in the development of quality programs certified to an industry benchmark such as AS9100
