We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Unit Manager to join our team at Ciena Healthcare Management, Inc. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our nursing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the nursing care provided by our team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants.
  • Develop and implement nursing procedures and systems to ensure the delivery of quality patient care.
  • Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of our nursing care and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Current state nursing licensure required.
  • Current CPR certification and additional certification in a nursing specialty desired.
  • Management or supervisor experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred.
