Job Overview:

This position requires expertise in the maintenance and repair of hydraulic systems used in aircraft propeller assemblies. The role encompasses assessment, disassembly, inspection, reassembly, and testing of components according to established manuals, service bulletins, and directives, along with additional responsibilities as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Disassemble and inspect propeller component assemblies with precision.
  • Utilize manual machining tools, hand tools, and measuring instruments (such as micrometers, indicators, and calipers) effectively.
  • Operate and perform light maintenance on hydraulic testing equipment.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on tools and equipment as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
  • Possession of an Airframe and Powerplant license.
  • Understanding of FAA regulations and compliance standards.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in aerospace maintenance, including military aircraft and propeller maintenance.
