Job Description
This position is responsible for providing direct care and support to residents, including administering medications and treatments, assisting with daily activities, and documenting resident care and services provided. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be compassionate and empathetic, and have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to successfully complete required medication training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience working with older adults preferred
